Defibrillator
Cooling Parish Council have obtained a permanent defibrillator installed on the outside wall of the Cooling Village Hall.
A defibrillator is a device that gives a high energy electric shock to the heart through the chest wall to someone who is in cardiac arrest. This high energy shock is called defibrillation, and it’s an essential life saving step in the chain of survival.
Should the defibrillator be needed in an emergency please follow the instructions for access carefully. The instructions for access are printed on the casing and the machine will take you through each step.
